Well, first off it is nice to meet you. Obviously, my name is Natasha and I am a recovering addict. God, do I hate that. It sounds so NA. I don’t do NA, I have my reasons. You can read a little more about my views on that HERE.
So, let’s talk recovery. I don’t follow any specific form of recovery. Yes, I got clean with methadone maintenance treatment. If you don’t believe that people of medicine-assisted treatment are clean, then this probably is not the place for you. I am an advocate for MAT especially, for pregnant women. I got on methadone when I was pregnant with my daughter and it was a life-altering decision that changed the course of my life and my family’s life forever. So, many good things came out of it including my sobriety which is the most important thing in my life. If I wasn’t clean, I wouldn’t have a life and my kids wouldn’t have their mother.
The point in all of this is that I don’t give a shit how you choose to recovery. The fact of the matter is that you are in recovery. You made it out of the hell of addiction. Some people reach rock bottom, some are lucky enough not to let it go that far, and some fall much much deeper. Yet, you are here. You are alive so, it’s a miracle. And a damn good one if I may say so.
When I was in early recovery and the trillions of times I tried to get clean. I had no fucking clue what I was doing. As I said, Narcotics Anonymous sis not for me. I tried treatment after treatment but, the best program that I chose to work was my own. I follow my own treatment. Yes, I was in mmt. I did therapy (I still do) and it’s awesome. Yet, I chose that. I wasn’t forced to go to rehab or to get clean in jail, or my parents did send me cross country to my great aunt’s house in Arizona to get me the hell away from people, places, and things. Nope, this was all me.
If I had to do it again and I’m glad I don’t. I wish I had a guide to follow. Someone who didn’t expect me to go to meetings but to live a life. What I needed was the help to create a new life, a life that I only dreamt of.
I needed help with repairing the wreckage of the past from mending my relationships to fixing my credit to getting off of parole and finding an awesome career choice.
I needed someone to help me get setup living a life in sobriety.
Does that sound like a problem that you have faced? Or something you want?
Since you are here right now and are reading this, I am going to make a few assumptions.
- You are a recovering addict or want to be in recovery.
- Life still isn’t flowing quite the way you would like it to.
- With each stride you make in sobriety, the wreckage of the past keeps coming back to bite your ass.
- You are still dwelling on your past and haven’t grown into the kick-ass chick that you are.
- or maybe you NEED to be part of the coolest recovery addicts in the entire frickin’ world!
Am I right?
Of course, I am.
No matter where you are in your recovery journey, you want more, you are ready for bigger and better things!
You want to develop your full potential since you are clean and sober.
You are READY to live an amazing, fabulous, epic life that you have always dreamed of. Yet, you thought it was just that, only a dream, just a fantasy.
Let’s not forget, you have a clearer picture in your mind of this bad ass bitch that is confident, beautiful, and successful. If you could make one wish, that is who you would be.
Trust me, my dear. I have been there and dreamt about the same damn things. The only difference is that I made all those things MY reality.
Now, it’s your turn and don’t worry. I got you!
Together, we are going to run this shit, this recovery thing is going to be incredible. Just wait and see. This is what is going to happen.
Come along for the ride and you will…
- Reach your full potential now that you are clean.
- Get rid of all of that wreckage of the past and focus on the future.
- Create a new life, the life that you want.
- Be a recovery rebel with a cause. (what I mean by that is you will rebel against the traditional sense that this is the right way to recover or that is the right way to recovery. You choose the way you want to do recovery and do it. As long as you reach your ultimate goal [STAYING CLEAN] then nobody else’s opinion even matters. You MATTER and you know what your CAUSE is.
This is what’s up: You have an idea of what you want in recovery and life. Those two things will intertwine in your world forever. Recovery is a lifetime commitment. So, you have those ideas, you just aren’t sure how to implement them.
That is where I come into play. Together we are going to rock recovery like nobody’s business. I’m going to show you the true awesomeness of what you are done and what you are actually capable of.
I know what you are thinking, who the hell are you?
Hmm. I am a kick-ass recovering addict that is going to rock your world. Don’t believe me? Let me tell you a little about it.
I am one of those unfortunate people who was lost in addiction for over a decade. I was a heroin addict. Along with every other thing that I poisoned my body with.
I hate talking about my past, I feel as if it is one big friggin’ war story. So let’s shorten it and you will learn more later.
- never had custody of my first child
- multiple relapser
- homeless (under a bridge homeless)
- It goes on and on and on and on.
I could talk for years about all the horrible, fucking disgusting things that I have done and about all the dirty, sickening places that my addiction took me. Hopefully, you never had to experience any of it.
But luckily, I made it out alive and I never relapsed again.
I have been a recovering addict now for quite a few years. Let me rephrase that, I am an in your face, amazing, miraculous, lovable, kick-ass recovering addict.
My life was pure and total shit, I had every intention of dying a junkie. But, I didn’t. I chose to change. There was finally something in my life that I loved more than dope.
All that being said, my life passion is helping women in recovery. Not only to help them turn their lives around for the better but, to help you and these female recovering addicts be more than you ever imagined possible.
What’s So Special About Me
I am REAL.
- I am a recovering addict.

- The bullshit? I’ve dealt with it.
- The stigma? I’m fighting it.

In my eyes and in others, I AM A WINNER, A FIGHTER, A SURVIVOR.
and I Am here to make you a kick-ass recovering addict living the life of your dreams and being a bad ass chick. Together we will take on the world, or take over.. You decide?
