Go cold turkey! That’s what the non-smokers tell you to do. The same goes for people who never experienced drug addiction. They don’t understand why you just can’t quit.

However, I’m not saying you can’t go cold turkey to quit smoking. The honest truth is that it’s not the most successful solution. It doesn’t work for the majority of people suffering from nicotine addiction.
Luckily, there are plenty of ways to quit smoking on the market. Here are a few to consider.
Your first option is vaping. When you vape, you inhale water vapor instead of smoke. This is deemed much healthier than smoking tobacco.
When you vape, you can use various different “vape juices” that give the water vapor different flavors. Tobacco flavors exist without the negative health consequences of real tobacco. Some juices contain nicotine, which allows you to slowly wean yourself off the substance without the unhealthy side effects of smoking too!
